01Start with familiar updates.
Voice notes, messages, photos and documents are the starting point. The intended workflow brings field updates into the estate record while retaining their original sources. WhatsApp and Telegram are planned intake interfaces; availability is being confirmed through validation.
02Connect the estate context.
Link a record to its estate, block and activity. Keep the original source available so managers and administration teams can check how the record was formed.
03Leave room for human review.
“Used two bags” identifies a quantity, not an input type or bag weight. Keep those details open, check the worker and activity date, and resolve conflicting information against the source.
04Prepare throughout the year.
Bring reviewed records, supporting sources and follow-up actions together for certification preparation. Anthesis supports evidence organisation; software does not itself confer MSPO certification.
05Core MVP. Estate validation next.
The team reports a core MVP covering message intake, transcription, estate-context linking and evidence generation. Formal estate validation is planned to test accuracy, source traceability, independent use and effort against existing work. Report readiness and channel availability remain subject to that review.
